Introducing: Tickets
Hey everyone, it's update time!

Today we're focusing on building a new system to handle questions, bug reports, ban/warning appeals, feedback and more - more efficiently, faster and easier to use. We're introducing Tickets!

What is a Ticket?

A ticket is a submitted question, bug report, ban/warning appeal, feedback and other things - basically if you need assistance on something or wish to share your thoughts with the staff team, there's now a new way to do it.

How do I submit one?

You can submit one by making a post in the "Tickets" sub-forum or - even better - by filling out this form: https://superwerer.com/form.php?formid=13

Once you have filled out the form or created the post, you'll be redirected to your ticket's thread, where staff members will reply.

Note that only you and staff members will be able to see your thread. Threads within the Tickets sub-forum can't be seen by other members.

Where can I view my current and past tickets?

In the Tickets sub-forum over here: https://superwerer.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=76

Check by frequently to see if a staff member has replied. If your problem is solved, let us know in a response reply in your ticket's thread so we can lock the thread.
